No.9 Collection is committed to growing in an environmentally conscious manner. By growing outdoors, we’re saving over 97.000 kWh of electricity. That’s the equivalent of over 75,000 lbs. of coal burned every year.
Our licensed, 14+ acre cultivation is based in the agriculture-rich community of Wareham, MA, along Buzzards Bay. The bay’s unique microclimate provides a longer growing season and the perfect setting for the cultivation of high-quality, sun-grown crops.
Better for You, Better for the Planet
Every square foot of indoor cultivation takes over 970 Watt/hr per day to operate. If all indoor cultivations in Massachusetts were grown outdoors with the sun and soil, we would keep 300,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. That’s equivalent to over 64,000 passenger vehicles off the road every year!
The Sunflower Collection
No.9 Collection is committed to using environmentally conscious methods including the use of on-site artesian well water, custom soils with natural amendments, and traditional organic farming practices. This results in vigorous, clean plants with unique terpene characteristics, and a wide product offering every year.
Sun-Powered Agriculture
There’s no substitute for the amazing full spectrum light that the sun provides. No artificial plant media injected with synthetic fertilizers will ever compare to a healthy soil with diverse micro-organisms. When you buy No.9 Collection branded products, you know you’re getting a product that was grown naturally in the Sun and Soil. That’s the way growing should be, and that’s our promise.
Experience
With decades of experience in the licensed cannabis industry, the No.9 Collection team brings together extensive local and national expertise to produce the finest sun-grown cannabis in the state.
